Return Policy:
Regular Merchandise:
All regular priced merchandise may be returned for
in store credit, within ten days of the original purchase.
Items must be in new condition. NO cash refunds are given. Please
remember, it’s just me here, not a corporation.
Sale Merchandise:
Sale merchandise is not returnable. If you change
your mind, please give the item to someone who can
enjoy it.
Special order items are not returnable. If you have commissioned a special order item, it has been made just for you. If you have changed your mind about it, please give it to someone who can enjoy it.
Warranty:
All Rozwear creations are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. If Rozwear determines that damage is due to normal wear and tear, we will gladly repair or replace (at our discretion) the item at a reasonable charge.
